I am committed to protecting your privacy as I understand that your personal information is important to you and must be protected. To provide you with my services, I have systems in place to comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.

To provide my services, I collect personal information from you. This includes your name, email, home address, contact phone number, and billing information. I’ll also collect health information from you, including contact information for your GP or other health professionals you are working with and the medications you’re on. I’ll also record the details of my
interactions and coaching sessions with you.

I collect this information from you so I can provide my services as a health coach specialising in mental fitness and addictive behaviours. My services include sessions encompassing health coaching, breathwork, movement and flexibility and mindfulness.

Providing your personal information is optional, but I may not be able to offer you my services if you choose not to. I keep your information safe by storing it on a password-protected computer and secure cloud storage. Any written information is held in locked cabinets. There could be circumstances where I may be required to share information with a third party, including your GP or another health professional. I’ll only share this information if needed and in consultation with you. I may share information with medical professionals or nominated support people if there is a threat to your life or someone else’s.
