Having worked in the Wellbeing & Health Industry for 20+ years I am passionate about helping others learn to recognise the signs & symptoms of dis-ease and imbalance in the body & the mind early. In today’s world there is an increase in Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Addictions and many other issues which can impact on your ability to perform and enjoy your work. 

As a Health Coach in the Corporate sector I strive to educate and empower my clients, and give them strategies that they can implement immediately and easily in order to cope, and ultimately thrive.

We engaged Ree at the beginning of lockdown in August 2021 to help employees navigate the uncertainty of Covid, lockdown, working from home and any other challenges they may have been facing.
