There is currently a treatment gap in our healthcare system, where those who need help with their mental health or addictions are unable to access services for a variety of reasons.
As a Health Coach who specialises in Mental Fitness & Connections, I can help bridge this gap by working with clients using lifestyle medicine techniques and the pillars of Wellbeing – eat, sleep, move, breathe, connect, gratitude and mindfulness. With 20+ years experience in the Healthcare system, I can also help you navigate the process, and find extra resources and more support where needed.
My 60 minute one-on-one sessions are held online via your platform of choice – Zoom, Skype or Teams. Once your booking has been confirmed, I will be in touch to confirm which suits you best to set up your session.
